How does your plan measure up?
Evaluation and Design
At Cambridge we aim for a complete understanding of your needs rather than a cookie-cutter approach. We will help you define all the necessary features of your plan and find the providers that best meet your needs. We then bring together all the components —investment management, insurance, and administration— into one coordinated plan.
Implementation
Starting up, especially when converting an existing plan, requires precise coordination. Our project managers will insure a smooth transition by documenting your Investment Policy Statement, monitoring providers, developing your employee communications strategy, and coordinating plan enrollment meetings.
Sponsor Services
Our goal is to support you, the plan sponsor, in the continuing success of your plan. To this end we provide a single point of contact for service or administrative issues. We will provide annual reviews of your plan, legislative updates, re-enrollment meetings and a fiduciary checkup to insure you remain in compliance with ERISA standards.
Participant Services
Your plan is intended to attract, retain, and reward productive employees. At Cambridge we are committed to raising both employee participation rates and deferral percentages. We provide employees with in-person guidance, tailored communications, on-line access to benefit information and planning tools.
